Bilingual Preferred Previous Service Advisor/Service Writer experience, preferred Polished and professional with strong focus on customer satisfaction Strong communication skills-both verbal and written Ability to communicate technical terms to non-technical audience. CDK experience, a plus! Ability to create a truly memorable experience for our customers Ability to work well in a team environment. The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($,60 000 to $90,000) which includes commissions on (Commissions Ex: Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit, Department Net) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses Ex: Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability). Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
