Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) San Francisco Post-Acute (Mission St.) Rate Range - $24 - $26/hr (DOE) Role Summary San Francisco Post-Acute is seeking dependable, team-oriented CNAs to provide high-quality care within our fast-paced environment. Available Part-Time Shifts AM Shift Weekday/Weekends NOC (Overnight) Shift Weekday/Weekends Primary Responsibilities Monitor patient conditions and provide status updates to the medical team. Respond promptly to call lights and assist with various patient needs. Support the admissions, transfers, and discharge processes. Facilitate meal service and manage tray distribution.
