Production Laborer - Day Shift

Sanimax is looking to hire Production Laborer at our Green Bay facilities. The hours are 6:00 AM - 6:20 PM working a 2/2/3 schedule. Why join Sanimax as a Plant Operator? Starting pay $21.26/hr with increase after 30 days Pay grows as you learn new roles 3% quarterly bonus Career advancement opportunities 401(k) match up to 5% Stable company with 85 years in business As a Plant Operator you will be responsible for: Backup trailers to the pit areas Loading & unloading rail cars Provide coverage for any area of plant operation Trouble shooting and repairing equipment failures as appropriate Maintain a clean work environment Perform other duties as assigned Outside work required- will work in summer/winter temperatures Skills and Experience required: 1 year work related experience High School diploma or equivalent preferred Able to stay physically active throughout the shift Strong communication skills Forklift experience a plus (training available) Give meaning to your career and help us make a difference: become a transformation champion!
