Job Description : JOB SUMMARY This job leads product management activities and projects, providing guidance and expertise in the realm of insurance products, with a focus on ensuring compliance with all pertinent industry regulations and internal policies. This role supports product management by leading analysis efforts, defining complex product requirements, and contributing to the development of product strategies specific to insurance offerings. This role can be Hybrid or Remote - if you live within 50 miles of an office you are required to be onsite 3 days a week. T, W, Th. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures compliance with insurance industry regulations and internal policies. Oversees the preparation of detailed design specifications for product enhancements within their insurance product portfolio, ensuring alignment with product strategy. Provides business training on existing insurance products as well as training on product changes; Provides subject matter expertise and consultation for product management. Leads market analysis and competitor analysis, providing insights for strategic decision-making. Other duties as assigned or requested. EXPERIENCE Required 5 years of relevant experience in product management or a related field within the insurance industry Preferred None SKILLS Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and mentor team members. In-depth understanding of product management principles and methodologies within the insurance sector. EDUCATION Required Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Healthcare Administration or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.
