About this Position Marketing Advisory Analyst (Analyst) will monitor and review content shared via internal online platform to ensure sales force compliance with Company policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements. Performs case management functions, including investigation, outreach and follow-up, and escalation of matters to other departments, as necessary. Assists with other matters as required. This is a hybrid position that requires working onsite in the Duluth, Georgia office and remotely multiple days each week. The estimated salary range for this position is: 55K - 60K Responsibilities & Qualifications Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities The Analyst must review representative requests, including customized marketing and recruiting materials, training materials, speaking engagement requests and customized client correspondence through an internal online platform, including marketing automation channels. The Analyst must also review HO or third-party generated advertising, recruiting and training materials for compliance with Company policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include content review to ensure sales force compliance with Company policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines. The Analyst must exercise sound judgment and employ strong analytical and communication skills. The Analyst is responsible for initiating action for any content determined to be in violation of company or regulatory guidelines, including opening ARTS cases, drafting correspondence outlining compliance concerns, and performing follow-up and incident tracking, as necessary. This role may include additional duties and tasks based on the needs of the department.
