Description Summary: The Customer Service Associate I position provides "Simply the Best" customer service at all times. This high volume service position will allow you to engage your customer service skills by delivering prompt and accurate answers to Equipment Finance customers. Duties and Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls from Equipment Finance customers. Obtain data from each caller to research and resolve issues relating to servicing issues including payment inquiries, account information and other service related matters. Compensation Range: 22.00 - 27.50 USD Hourly The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education.
