We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Material Planner I to join our team, playing a critical role in managing the flow of materials throughout the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive MBOM (Manufacturing Bill of Materials) reviews and maintain strict revision control within the ERP system. Manage the creation and processing of sales orders, manufacturing orders, and purchase requisitions/purchase orders. Allocate raw and finished goods to meet production and delivery schedules. Monitor material levels to prevent shortages and scheduling delays. Support and maintain firm planned, released, and in-shop manufacturing orders to ensure seamless production operations. Identify and resolve material and scheduling issues promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and execute supply chain schedules. Develop and maintain efficient supply chain schedules for optimal order and delivery planning. Ensure timely and accurate planning of orders and deliveries to meet customer demands and production needs. Utilize MRP systems to plan and control inventory, production, and procurement activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
