Job Posting: Per Diem Part-Time LVN Sundance Creek Post Acute Location: Banning, California Facility: Sundance Creek Post Acute Position Type: Per Diem / Part-Time Starting Pay: $29.00 per hour About the Role: Sundance Creek Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team on a per diem basis. This part-time role is ideal for LVNs who are passionate about patient-centered care and looking for flexible scheduling in a supportive environment. Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of RNs and physicians. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient health and report changes to the care team. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care. Qualifications: Current California LVN license. CPR certification. Prior experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
