Warehouse Receiving Clerk - 1st Shift

Position Overview Keep our communities fed. As an Inbound Receiving Clerk, youll become a part of this mission by helping to keep records of incoming shipments & inspecting for quality. Youll make a difference by utilizing your strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills to get the job done. Job Description $21.00 per hour Full Time, 1st shift - Schedule TBD Location - 500 North Street, Windsor Locks, CT 06096 Description Release routes, print selection labels and organize by departure and commodity type Take store phone calls/orders and assist them with ad-ons, memos and outs Data Entry Monitor system information, notify supervisors of needed adjustments Customer service Prepare store mail for delivery Pick up selector scratches and buyer chases, create invoices, attach orders to routes, release and print labels Audit inbound receiving, print labels, reconcile and note overages shorts and damage and close out purchase orders Assist with special projects as needed Travel Required No Environment Warehouse : Grocery Warehouse (50F to 90F) Skills Specialized Knowledge : Pallet Jack experience preferred. Special Skills : Prefer candidates with experience in grocery selection.
