Job Description: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Full-Time Night Shift Buffalo Prairie Care Center Shift: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM Schedule: Full-time, rotating weekends required Pay: $20.00/hour Position Summary: Buffalo Prairie Care Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our night shift team. CNAs play a vital role in providing quality care and enhancing the lives of our residents in a long-term care skilled nursing environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct resident care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs with urgency and compassion Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Accurately document care provided in accordance with facility policies Work collaboratively with nurses and other team members to ensure quality care Qualifications: Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Missouri Must be able to pass a background check Long-term care experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work overnight shifts and rotating weekends Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented mindset Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Retirement Plan Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Why Join Us?
