Job Summary Summary: The Quality Technician will be in charge of performing product inspection and/or audits of quality control programs, first article inspections and calibration, inspecting flat blank layouts. *Night Shift 10% shift differential Responsibilities: Download and compile quality information from the quality management system for QA reports. Prepare graphs and charts of data; enter data into computer systems for research purposes. Adhere to SSYMA safety requirements (goggles, gloves, etc.). Evaluate quality data and prepare reports to validate compliance or identify deviations from standards. Conduct environmental area testing using aseptic techniques. Perform endotoxin testing to measure bacterial levels in products. Monitor product quality throughout the production process. Maintain and update the quality management system; ensure accurate documentation. Collaborate on quality improvement initiatives. Work within the ALIMS (Automated Laboratory Information Management System) for data management. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Quality Assurance) or equivalent experience. Previous experience in quality assurance or laboratory environment preferred. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in data analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
