Position Overview: As a CNA, you will provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and toileting. You will promote independence and dignity while maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive environment for our residents. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with ADLs and restorative care Observe and report changes in resident condition Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with policies Support residents rights and individuality Provide compassionate care and emotional support Use safe lifting techniques and follow infection control procedures Qualifications: Valid California CNA certification in good standing Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays Why Choose Kern River?
