Position Summary... What you'll do... Role summary: The (USA) Realty Project Coach is responsible for leading and managing realty execution projects by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful project completion. This role directs associates and vendors, oversees merchandise placement, and ensures compliance with company standards. The position requires effective communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional teamwork to align project initiatives with corporate strategies. The Realty Project Coach monitors budgets, manages vendor relationships, and drives continuous improvement while fostering accountability and supporting associate development to achieve operational excellence and business objectives. About the team: The Realty Project team leads the execution of remodel and fixture placement projects, ensuring alignment with modular plans and operational goals. Collaborating with engineers, design managers, and partners, the team coordinates schedules, manages vendor relationships, and oversees installations. They monitor timelines, budgets, and quality standards while addressing challenges proactively. Emphasizing accountability and clear communication, the team delivers efficient, cost-effective solutions that support business objectives, enhance the customer experience, and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures. What you'll do: Lead and manage realty execution projects, ensuring timely completion of scope, deliverables, and adherence to project timelines. Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and facility management, to align project plans with corporate strategies. Direct associates and vendors on processes, procedures, and modular plan reviews to support merchandise placement and operational goals. Monitor project budgets, assess impacts on customer experience, and develop cost-effective schedules for project execution. Oversee vendor relationships to ensure timely sourcing, delivery, and installation of materials. Communicate project status, adjust plans as needed, and resolve outstanding construction or warranty issues. Provide coaching and development opportunities to associates, fostering accountability and continuous improvement. What you'll bring: Proven experience managing complex realty or project execution initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope. Strong project management skills with the ability to organize timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive results. Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and convey project plans clearly. Demonstrated leadership in directing associates and vendors, providing guidance on processes and procedures. Ability to analyze project impacts on budgets, operations, and customer experience while implementing corrective actions. Adaptability to evolving priorities and commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
