Job Description: We're looking for a Senior Manager, Analytics to lead the development of data-driven solutions for clients, including report automation, analysis, and applicable insights with the goal of driving strategic activation across multiple channels (e.g., owned, earned). Reporting to the Director of Analytics, you will collaborate with the broader team to manage data and insight delivery processes, foster innovation, and contribute to overall team success. We are looking for curious, execution-focused individuals who work well in environments where priorities and timelines may shift. You will navigate data challenges across all phases of marketing planning, activation, and insight development. Success requires the ability to manage complexity while collaborating across teams, experience working within a matrixed organization, and comfort operating with lean resources. You Will: Lead the execution of overall marketing and communication measurement strategy on behalf of clients, including reporting and measurement, forecasting and insight development Manage a team of 1-3 onshore and offshore resources Learn our core challenges facing brand and performance teams, with the experience and ability to develop relevant campaign measurement frameworks that outline measures of success, and learning opportunities Build data-driven processes to inform measurement advancement for the marketing and communication teams Partner with diverse client teams to develop measurement and testing frameworks for brand performance Implement measurement solutions to understand the success of brand-focused and above-the-line media in-market (locally and nationally) and its incremental effect on client results Partner with strategy, planning, analytics and client teams to establish marketing measurement needs and work with data partners to facilitate the best possible measurement solutions across channels Support the QC and audit of reporting, analysis and data solutions to ensure accuracy and timeliness of results Guide connection between daily analytics support and approved measurement frameworks Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations for internal and external audience Stay up to date with modern industry trends and developments in methodologies and technologies You Have: A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics or related quantitative field is required 5+ years of media, customer and/or marketing analytics experience in a data-driven environment Experience with brand measurement methodologies Manage a complex client with multiple brands and teams Experience managing co-located and offshore resources Experience with PowerBI SQL experience is a requirement Experience with site analytics (advantageous if you have this!) The annual salary range for this position is $94,000-$152,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
