You will work alongside a team of talented individuals in aconcentratedteam effort and under the direct supervision of Lead Technicians and Pharmacy Supervisors. The ideal candidate willpossesshigh levelsof reliability, accuracy, professionalism, team orientation, andproblem-solvingskills. As aProduct Selection (filling)Technician working in thepharmacy, you willbe responsible forall aspects of thefillingof mail order prescriptions. You get to manually fillprescriptions,label prepackaged medications,and channel fill for the automated machines. As a backendProduct Selection Technician, you gettowork directly with the medication and the fillingor operationsof automated machines. Itscritical that you know how to use a 10keypadand can lift 40 pounds. As aProduct SelectionTechnicianyou will be standing for the length of your shift. Required Qualifications Must hold a current, unrestricted license with the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacy technician or trainee on Day 1 of employment Regular and predictable attendance based on our policy The ability to work businessrequiredovertime (BROT) when needed Preferred Qualifications Experience in medical,fulfillment center,warehouseor healthcare environments Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team Schedule flexibility for testing support including early starts, latestaysand weekend support. Physical Demands: Ability to remain upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time.Moving about on foot toaccomplishtasks, particularly for moving from one work area to anotheror within the same work area Ability tooccasionallylift/reach/twist/turn/bend/stoop/walk with up to 40lbsto move objects The workeris required tohave close visual acuity to perform activitiessuch as:viewing a computer screen, reading, visual inspection involving small parts The ability to concentrate on a task overa period of timewithout being distracted Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers rather than whole hand or arm Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist Stooping to a considerable degree and requiring full use of the lower extremities and back muscles Expressing or exchanging ideasby means ofspoken word; those activities where detailed or important spoken instructions must be conveyed accurately Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction, and having the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication Education Verifiable High School diplomaorequivalent Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.46 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
