Field Operations Support Assistant is a support role within our Administration department. We support operations for two on-site funeral homes, our cemetery sales departments and our expansive memorial park. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Data Entry, Document Scanning, and Document Verification Historical Cemetery Records Research and Reconciliation Interment Verification Checks Hospitality Desk, Customer Facing Assisting with Community Events Other support duties as needed, assigned by the Office Manager or General Manager MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 1-years of experience in an office clerical or customer service capacity. You must be available to work one weekend day per week. Full-Time schedule will be either Tuesday-Saturday (Sunday, Monday off) or Sunday-Thursday (Friday, Saturday off). PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds; stand and walk on uneven ground for periods of time; ability to work in varying temperatures outdoors for periods of time, ability to operate a golf cart, or learn to operate a golf cart. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Working knowledge of office equipment including computers, scanners, copiers, and printers. MS Office experience required; Basic mathematics skills required; Good verbal and written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and detail oriented; high level of compassion and integrity; ability to maintain confidentiality is a must; ability to learn how to operate microfiche reader; bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is a benefit but not required for the role. A keen eye for interpreting data and maps accurately is a plus! #SCI Compensation: Salary: $18.00/hr.- $22.00/hr.
