Job Title: Electrical Development Engineer Reporting To: Head, Test Equipment Sect. Work Schedule: Hybrid Torrance, CA Our Test Systems Engineering team in Military Aircraft Group is looking for an Electrical Development Engineer to join them. You will report to the Test Equipment Section Head and will have a hybrid 9/80 work schedule in Torrance, CA. As an Electrical Development Engineer at Moog, youll play a key role in designing and developing advanced test equipment that supports cutting-edge systems. Youll be part of a collaborative engineering team focused on creating innovative, reliable solutions. As an Electrical Development Engineer, you will: Help conceptualize and design automated mechanical and hydraulic test rigs. Perform trade studies and analyses to validate design concepts and solve technical challenges. Support proposal efforts by contributing to design concepts, cost estimates, and technical documentation. Collaborate closely with other Test Equipment engineers throughout the design and development process. Represent Moogs technical excellence in interactions with internal and external stakeholders. Drive design reliability through hands-on experimental development and testing. Contribute across the full development lifecyclefrom initial concept and planning to detailed design and testing.
