Department: RazorTemps Department's Website: Summary of Job Duties: The Service Center Support Specialist receives, records, orders, and distributes key inventory and supplies. This position will help in processing work orders, ensuring correct crew, PO, information is entered into the system and processing information for vehicle rentals; answer departmental switchboard; direct callers to appropriate person; take and deliver messages as necessary; greets customers and directs them to appropriate personnel/area. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others. This position will work full time hours (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday). The end-date on this position ranges depending on department need: at least through the end of the calendar year, with possibility for extension into the new year.
