Hourly Pay Range: $32.60 - $48.90 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Financial Analyst Position Highlights: Position: Financial Analyst Location: Arlington Heights, IL Full Time Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am 4:30pm Required Travel: n/a Job Summary: Seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the hospital's financial operations, budgeting, and decision-making processes. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for healthcare finance and a desire to contribute to the success of a leading healthcare institution, we encourage you to apply. What you will do: conduct in-depth financial analysis, including revenue and expense tracking, variance analysis, and forecasting. Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with department heads to develop and maintain annual budgets. Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and long-term financial planning. Generate and distribute financial reports to senior management, department leaders, and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements. Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost containment and efficiency improvements. Provide recommendations to reduce expenses while maintaining high-quality patient care. Build financial models to support strategic decision-making, such as capital investment analysis and service line Profitability. Maintain and update financial databases and systems to ensure accurate and timely financial information. Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance data integrity and reporting capabilities. Assist in financial audits and ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and standards.
