Role summary: As a Manager, Supply Chain you will manage supply chain processes and ensure merchandise flow through the distribution network and fulfillment centers by analyzing data to streamline and improve network efficiencies; providing analysis for network channel decision; researching and analyzing root cause of daily and escalated exceptions concerning shipping, receiving, inventory, and return related issues. About the team: The Supply Chain team at Sams Club focuses on planning and executing strategies to deliver products efficiently and cost-effectively to Members. The team leverages data analysis and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and enhance supply chain operations. Collaborating across functions, they optimize product flow, manage supplier relationships, and drive continuous improvements. This team values leadership and strategic thinking to ensure inventory accuracy, timely deliveries, and operational excellence. Members contribute to refining processes and implementing innovative solutions that support business goals and improve overall supply chain performance. What you'll do: Manage supply chain processes to ensure efficient merchandise flow through distribution networks and fulfillment centers. Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to identify and resolve shipping, receiving, inventory, and return issues. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to optimize supply chain execution aligned with sales, inventory, and profitability goals. Develop and present recommendations to address supply chain disruptions and improve operational efficiencies. Lead continuous improvement initiatives by implementing process enhancements and cost reduction strategies. Supervise and develop associates, fostering accountability and performance excellence. Communicate operational expectations and resolve escalated supply chain concerns with stakeholders. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
