Full Job Description

This job will be accepting job applications until the position is filled. Hourly: $20.81 - $21.43 Department: Culture & Recreation, Recreation Division: Gymnastics FLSA: Non-Exempt Job Description: This role will be responsible for teaching recreational gymnastics classes. Examples of Duties: Instructs participants in gymnastics techniques and programs. Monitors individual participants progress on gymnastics skills and techniques. Choreographs gymnastics routines. Promotes a safe gymnastics environment. Assists other organizations (schools, etc.) with lessons and teams. Monitors the condition of equipment. Performs other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Knowledge of gymnastics techniques and training practices High school diploma or active pursuit thereof, or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to earn First Aid & CPR certifications within 6 months of hire.
