Position Compensation Range: $62,000.00 - $103,000.00 Pay Rate Type: Salary Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. The Talent Development Specialist enhances the competencies of individual employees by conducting training programs that boost employees workplace performance in alliance with companys core values. You will deliver curriculum and learning materials and manage all phases of training interventions. You will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Development. In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from Phoenix, AZ 85034 We will not consider candidates who require current or future sponsorship for this position. Primary Accountabilities You will develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals. You will direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results. You will acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions. You will deliver training courses. You will assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior. You will periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes. You will stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development. Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service. Demonstrated experience delivering or overseeing delivery of training through vendors. Demonstrated verbal, written and social media communication skills which support culture and strategy. Solid knowledge of instructional design models and assessment methods. Demonstrated experience delivering curricula for all different learning environments (asynchronous and synchronous). Participates as necessary in consultation, development, and delivery of learning solutions.
