City/State Virginia Beach, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: Overview We are seeking a Senior IT Specialty Analyst to join our Revenue Cycle IT team, specializing in Accounts Receivable (AR) workflows within Epic Hospital Billing (HB). This role will drive efficiency and automation across insurance follow-up, denials, credits, and payment posting. Key Responsibilities Support and optimize AR workflows in Epic HB: insurance follow-up, denial resolution, credit handling, self-pay refunds, and adjustments. Leverage Waystar claim status integration to improve automation and reduce manual effort. Configure, test, and support Epic system actions to drive AR and SBO operations. Partner with operational leaders to resolve AR issues and identify process improvements. Support RMO, payment posting, and reconciliation activities. Contribute to SBO initiatives, including combined HB/PB statement workflows.
