The team that makes up Baird 3 was originally cultivated utilizing experienced UVMMC staff and newly hired staff from all over the world. JOB DESCRIPTION: The Nursing Assistant is responsible for specific aspects of direct and indirect patient care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. EDUCATION: High School diploma or GED preferred. LNA, licensed in Vermont. EXPERIENCE: Previous health care experience preferred. This is a bargaining union position.
