As a Financial Analyst, you will work under the supervision of the Finance Manager and will be responsible for assisting with the analysis and preparation of the annual Plan and OEM, quarterly Latest Best Estimate (LBE), monthly reporting, and supporting divisional business partners. This role works closely with local and international Finance teams. What Youll Work On Support the team in managing the division headquarters budgets and providing business partnership support Consolidation of financial forecasts and actuals reporting Collaborate with Global finance teams to prepare and analyze LBE submissions Support Balance Sheet, Cash Flow analysis, and Exchange reporting and analytics Support various ad hoc analytics and monthly reporting for Finance Controller and senior management staff Required Qualifications Bachelors in Business, with focus in Accounting/Finance 1-2 years of relevant work experience Proficiency in MS Excel and Access Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial applications Demonstrate a sense of urgency and manage timelines Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively with all levels of management Receptive to change and a team player Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadline requirements Preferred Proficiency with TM1/SAP/HFM.
