Job Summary Salary Range: $21.00 Per Hour to $24.00 Per Hour Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, abilities and working shift. The Manufacturing Group Leader offers primary support for the Production supervisor. This position will assist all daily operations of a functional department without direct supervision on the shift. In addition, the position is responsible for production troubleshooting and reprocessing, assisting training all employees on that shift, allocating resources, scheduling shift activity and insuring cGMP compliance in operation. Responsibilities 1. Assists in coordinating all aspects of department operations to include schedule changes, quality issues and distribution of resources and break schedules. 2. Reviews device history records and other production documentation for accuracy and completeness. 3. Assists in ensuring that all employees are following safety, cGMP and department policies and procedures. Communicates issues or non-compliance to supervisor when necessary. 4. Effectively communicates to Supervisor with feedback on personnel, equipment schedule/component problems or safety issues as well as on short-term goals/ priorities. 5. Handles employee training questions, conflicts and concerns. Consults Supervisor when necessary. 6. Interfaces with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, Facilities, and other production departments to assist in resolving various operational issues and to maximize employee output. 7. Sets up, operates, maintains, and troubleshoots equipment to minimize defects or errors. 8. Assists in preparing work orders and change controls as needed to maintain proper working conditions. 9. Assists in training employees on departmental procedures, set-up and operation of equipment and troubleshooting techniques. 10. Assists in executing training plans for new and current hires to allow for practical systematic advancement in necessary skills. 11. Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS Electro-mechanical assembly and test experience preferred. Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills and professionalism Excellent communication and training skills; basic mechanical aptitude. Proven sound judgment, values driven, continuous innovation and improvement and adaptability skills. Demonstrated high performance orientation and detail orientation. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good organization and teamwork skills, including strong customer focus.
