We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive interest in Truvens industryleading healthcare data, analytics, and insights solutions. In this role, you will engage prospective healthcare organizations to understand their business, clinical, and population health challenges and convert initial interest into qualified sales opportunities. Your efforts will directly support the adoption of Truvens data assets and analytics platforms that help payers, providers, life sciences organizations, and employers make more informed decisions across cost, quality, and outcomes. SDRs will follow up on inbound leads and conduct strategic outbound outreach to uncover opportunities across health plans, providers, life sciences companies, employers, and government organizations. How you will contribute: Respond in a timely manner to inbound marketing leads Educate and nurture prospects to progress qualified leads to the sales team Lead discovery calls with prospective clients to quickly assess needs and transition opportunities to sales Utilize a proactive, strategic sales approach and develop creative outreach techniques to engage prospects in deeper sales conversations Maintain a strong working knowledge of assigned Truven solutions, including healthcare data, analytics, and insights, along with an understanding of the competitive landscape Complete daily documentation of client and prospect activities in Salesforce.com and Gong Maintain or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for leads created, opportunities launched, and progression through noticed, identified, validated, and qualified stages What you will bring: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or outbound sales Motivated by sales and interested in healthcare data, analytics, and technology Coachable, resilient, and curious mindset Strong listening and communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organization, critical thinking, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Selfstarter with the ability to operate effectively in a remote, fastpaced environment Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Comfortable leveraging video for internal and external communication Preferred Skills Healthcare IT, analytics, or datadriven solutions experience Previous experience using Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, 6sense and Gong Ability to quickly assess an organizations needs and personalize outreach accordingly Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Education & Work Environment Bachelors degree Healthcare or analyticsrelated certifications are a plus but not required Home office environment that supports focused, efficient work Travel may be required 34 times per year for team meetings and Annual Sales Meetings; additional travel may be requested for client meetings What We Offer A team connected by a bigger purpose - Truven offers a unique opportunity to be part of a mission-driven organization, dedicated to transforming healthcare through trusted analytics and data-driven solutions. Compensation The salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the candidates experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific requirements of the role. For base-salary + commission sales roles, the range represents On-Target Earnings.
