THE JOB: Join us as a Workforce Management Specialist, where you'll serve as the strategic mastermind behind dynamic scheduling solutions, leveraging innovative software and your strong Excel and computer skills to ensure all departments are optimally staffed to meet business demands. THE STARTING RATE: $21.00 per hour THE DAY-TO-DAY: Subject matter expert on Workforce Management software and processes; track, monitor, and communicate all system issues and downtime Create scheduling solutions for departments that account for current business demands as well as exceptions Collaborate with department leaders to ensure accurate staffing levels and to formulate efficiency strategies Suggest scheduling changes and create new business models Discover new best practices to enhance staffing while following current labor agreements and adhere to all ethical and equity when managing the scheduling process Determine the balance between optimum scheduling, service expectations and current legal/legislative requirements Work as a team completing daily schedule operations, such as leave requests and call outs Manage Key Performance Indicators, including but not limited to Service Level, Occupancy, Abandon rates, ASA and AHT on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Has high school diploma or GED Has 2+ years of prior relevant experience Preferred previous high-volume scheduling experience (ie: approximately 5 different schedules with each having anywhere from 10-75 employees to schedule) Time-editing programs (ie: UKG) Union environment High level of MS Office proficiency Great email etiquette THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Healthcare, financial and time off benefits Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more.
