The TOD shall also provide direct instruction and serve as a liaison between the school and various community agencies and professionals that provide services to deaf and hard of hearing children and their families. EDUCATION Educational requirements - Masters degree Professional requirements - Licensed in the state of Vermont as a teacher, with specialized training in working with students who are deaf or hard of hearing (Special Education, TOD endorsement or provisional endorsement).
