Position Summary: Reporting to the Manager, Customer Success, the Customer Success Manager Internship supports Triumphs Customer Success team in delivering a positive, high-quality experience for our clients. This role is designed for current college students, particularly rising seniors, who are interested in building a career in Customer Success, client engagement, or relationship management. The CSM will support onboarding, customer communication, and internal coordination while learning Triumphs products, services, and customer success practices. With coaching and mentorship, this role provides hands-on experience and foundational exposure to managing customer relationships in a client-focused, team-based environment. We welcome rising seniors who are eager to gain real-world experience in Customer Success while completing their degree. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Support the onboarding of new customers to ensure a smooth and welcoming introduction to Triumphs services. Assist Customer Success Managers with client check-ins, follow-ups, and feedback collection. Monitor customer engagement and satisfaction indicators and flag potential concerns for review. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates using CRM and internal tools. Collaborate with internal teams to help address customer needs and questions. Review usage data and reports to help identify trends related to customer health. Assist in preparing materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other customer meetings. Learn best practices in customer relationship management by shadowing experienced team members. Respond to customer inquiries professionally and escalate complex issues as needed. Actively learn Triumphs products, services, and customer success approach. Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned to support team goals. Education & Experience Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree Majors commonly aligned with this role include Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems / MIS, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Public Relations, Hospitality, or a related field. Rising senior status required. Relevant internship, campus leadership role, group project, or part-time work involving customer interaction, communication, or teamwork is preferred but not required. No full-time professional experience required. Skills & Abilities Required Strong written and verbal communication skills. Interest in customer success, client experience, or relationship-based roles. Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Comfortable using technology; experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace preferred. Curious, coachable, and motivated to learn and grow professionally. Team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to shared success. Non-Negotiable Logistic Requirements: Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate or masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027 Must be able to work onsite five days per week at our Dallas headquarters; housing assistance is not provided Compensation for this role is $22 per hour.
