Corporate Risk Management The Commercial Risk Management Department is responsible for all things related to the property and casualty programs for Vantage Data Centers, globally. The team is also responsible for contract review and negotiations, claims management, lender due diligence, executive reporting, participating in enterprise risk management, and budget responsibilities. Position Overview This role is based in Denver, CO in alignment with our flexible work policy. (3 days on site required, 2 days flexible). We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Risk Analyst to support our global commercial risk management and insurance operations. This role blends administrative coordination with hands-on involvement in handling corporate insurance programs, supporting claims activity, and assisting in the identification and analysis of enterprise risks across international markets. The ideal candidate will be diligent, collaborative, and comfortable working with internal partners, brokers, and insurers to support the companys global risk transfer and mitigation strategies. Essential Job Functions Insurance Program Administration Assist in the management of global insurance programs, including property, casualty, liability, auto, and executive risk lines. Coordinate annual insurance renewals, including data collection, exposure analysis, and submission preparation across regions. Maintain accurate records of insurance policies, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and broker correspondence. Support the review of insurance provisions in contracts and vendor agreements to ensure alignment with global standards. Consult with brokers and insurers to resolve coverage questions and support underwriting requests. Claims & Incident Support Track and run insurance claims globally, including intake, documentation, coordination with adjusters, and internal reporting. Assist in compiling claims data and preparing summaries for leadership and insurers. Support post-incident analysis and documentation for lessons learned and future mitigation. Risk Management & Analysis Assist in identifying and assessing operational, financial, and strategic risks across global business divisions. Support internal risk assessments and data gathering for risk modeling and analysis. Contribute to the development of risk dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools for leadership. Administrative & Coordination Duties Coordinate risk-related meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, minute-taking, and action tracking. Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal partners and senior leadership. Maintain and organize risk and insurance documentation, including claims logs, policy schedules, and risk registers. Support the development and maintenance of risk management policies, procedures, and training materials. Additional Duties: Handle additional duties as assigned by Management. Job Requirements Bachelors degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in insurance, risk management, or a related administrative support role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with risk or insurance management systems is a plus. High attention to detail and ability to manage several priorities and deadlines. Travel required is expected to be up to 5-10%but may increase over time as the business evolves. Additional Details Salary Range: $115,000 -120,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations) This position is eligible for company benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program that includes company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
