The Job: As a Customer Supply Chain Analyst, youll be part of our Americas Supply Chain team as a hybrid employee. In this role youll get to: Maintain Customer Scorecards to achieve KPIs (OTIF, SL, Compliance) Maximize Order to Cash by progressing to Down in a Day Order Management and achieving weekly 95% Drop to Target cycle times. Create and Document SOPs Responsible for tracking and reporting Supply Chain Customer Compliance and developing processes and business model to mitigate compliance fines The Person: You always strive to do a good jobbut wouldnt it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good? As the face of Supply Chain, the Customer Supply Chain Analyst leads the SBD to Customer Relationship, integrating the strategic objectives of both organizations to maximize execution of Customer Service, and provide value generating opportunities within the framework of Supply Chain Excellence. Aligns Customer CTQs and initiatives with functional operating departments (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Finance, Manufacturing, Transportation, Distribution, Sales, and Marketing) to attain sales revenue targets, on time performance, service level for the customer/channel. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
