Troubadour Golf & Field Club is seeking a Residential Services Assistant to join the Residential Services Department. The Residential Services Attendant will have the distinct ability to help us accomplish our vision to create the most exceptional culture that redefines the meaning of home. *** Full-Time position, starting hourly rate, $20 per hour. *** Job Description Key Responsibilities Always provide exceptional service and communication with members/guests, and team members. Inspect all work to ensure the highest quality of service. Stock and inspect properties prior to members/guest arrivals. Secure properties upon members/guests departure. Meet members/guests upon arrival and departure. Ensure pre-arrival/post-departure checklists for each home are completed in a timely manner and accurately. Report any emergency needs to the Director of Residential Services. Manage delivery of packages to members homes as needed. Execute member requests promptly and with professional demeanor. Perform general maintenance tasks as applicable. Assist with coordinating and preparing rental unit usage. Maintain owners binders inclusive of all appliance/amenity offerings within each home, to include owners guides and assistance with operating. Coordinate with or assist other departments as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior experience and proven success in the hospitality or service industry is strongly preferred. Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests and team members. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays and a shift greater than eight (8) hours in length. Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; additional languages preferred. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than four (4) hours, and lifting, carrying, bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, pushing and pulling.
