Position type: Hourly We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technician to lead diagnostics, repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives across our production and facility equipment. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and a passion for mentoring others. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose complex machine failures and determine root causes Research and source appropriate repair parts Perform advanced repairs on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems Lead and execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules Drive machine and infrastructure improvement projects Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills Experience with CMMS systems is a plus We Offer: A stable job in an internationally established company Complete benefits package of employer contributions to Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Sick time, PTO and 11 paid Holidays per year Wages depend on experience and qualifications Alcohol and drug-free workplace.
