OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY Fox TV Stations FOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). The FOX 5 Sales Team has an amazing opportunity for a Digital Sales Coordinator to provide critical support in driving revenue for Washington DCs top local TV station. Job Summary Traffic & Campaign Management: Schedule digital ad campaigns and monitor results from inception to completion to ensure full delivery. Sales Support: Assist Account Executives with prospecting, research, sales planning, and invoicing. Client Fulfillment: Spearhead monthly client fulfillment recaps and help pinpoint appropriate audience targets for ad campaigns. Administrative Excellence: Manage data entry, CRM pipelines, and order processing with high precision. Production Assistance: Assist in commercial ad production and support sales-related marketing and community initiatives. Collaborative Execution: Work professionally under pressure and within specific time constraints and deadlines as part of a cohesive team. What Were Looking For Education & Experience: A college degree is preferred. Digital and technical training certificates are a plus. Digital Savvy: A solid understanding of Digital Streaming TV and social media. Ideal candidates will have fundamental knowledge of Mobile, Email, Social Media, and Video advertising. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Ability to master industry -specific software, CRMs, and AI technology. Understanding of AOS and/or Adobe Photoshop is a plus. Communication & Organization: Strong written and verbal communications skills with extreme attention to detail and effective time management. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $25.00-27.00 per hour.
