Full Job Description

A DAY IN THE LIFE As a Senior Project Scheduler, youll serve as the go-to expert for all scheduling activities across multiple large-scale projects. Your day will include building, updating, and analyzing resource-loaded schedules to keep projects aligned with execution plans and client contract requirements. Youll collaborate closely with Operations, Project Managers, and Legal to ensure timelines are accurate, compliant, and positioned to exceed client expectations. From proactively identifying impacts to refining schedules as projects evolve, youll play a critical role in driving successful project delivery. STEP INTO THE ROLE Builds initial baseline schedule for multiple complex projects ensuring compliance with Critical Path Method (CPM) best practices, contract requirements and Blattner expectations. Responsible for schedule risk/range analysis, risk management, and schedule analysis impacts and input to project change orders for large scale complex projects Provides project schedule updates to the project team in a timely manner to ensure all contract deliverable dates are met. Provides advanced training as needed to field personnel on understanding project schedule systems, processes, and reports. Trains, mentors, coaches and other project schedulers to ensure consistent processes are followed. Provides project analysis to the Project Manager and leadership team on the current state of the project. WHAT YOULL NEED A bachelors degree in construction management, Industrial Engineering Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field; or equivalent education or relevant experience required. Five or more years of experience in project scheduling or a combination of experience in construction and scheduling. WHAT SETS YOU APART Previous scheduling experience in the renewable energy industry. Expert with scheduling software (Primavera, Microsoft Project). Sets the example of living Blattners values and adhering to the Blattner Basics. Expert in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
