Position: Pre-Make Ready Location: Morristown Shift: 8-hour rotating schedule Pay Rate: $18.76 $25.96/hour Bonus: $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days Summary Description Reporting to the Process Leader, the Pre-Make Ready I is responsible for performing all pre-press functions related to cylinders and components needed for press changeovers. This role plays a key part in ensuring presses are set up safely, accurately, and efficiently to support production. What Youll Be Doing Follow all plant safety rules and wear required PPE at all times Maintain GMP standards and a clean, organized work area Assemble parts, pumps, and cohesive (reverse) units Assemble and disassemble printing trolley components Inspect cylinders for damage and ensure proper setup with correct rewind Assist with press changeovers and ensure quality of all setups Repack bearings and support general maintenance tasks Operate Renzman and PRI equipment Handle and document hazardous waste according to procedures Read and interpret order specs and condition sheets Maintain accurate logs and documentation Operate forklift as needed (or obtain certification) Support continuous improvement and team operations Perform additional duties as assigned Wed Love to Hear From You If You have a high school diploma or GED You can follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment You can read a ruler and take accurate measurements You keep clear and accurate records Youre dependable and show initiative to grow within the department You work well independently and on a team You are willing to obtain forklift certification Benefits At TOPPAN Packaging Americas, we offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package designed to support overall wellbeing.
