About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Treasury Management Consultant within Global Payments & Liquidity as part of Enterprise Functions. In this role, you will: Lead complex initiatives including those that are cross-functional with broad impact, and act as key participant in large scale planning for Treasury Management Consulting functional area Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, large scale, or long-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a sound understanding of Treasury Management Consulting functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead a broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives Collaborate and consult with Treasury Management Consulting peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, or serve as a peer mentor Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Strong understanding of payables and receivables processes, including workflow optimization and cashflow impacts Proven experience managing high volumes of sales calls with a strategic approach to planning, execution, and anticipating customer needs while delivering a hightouch client experience Proactive, selfdriven approach with the ability to consult, engage, and influence prospects in a fastpaced environment Excellent partnership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence crossfunctional teams and remain receptive to feedback Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail; capable of managing multiple deals, priorities, and internal partners simultaneously Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex treasury concepts for diverse audiences CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation or willingness to pursue Job Expectations: Hybrid Scheduled (3 days in office and 2 remote each week) Ability to travel up to 50% of the time Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
