Full Job Description

Position Summary... What you'll do... What You Will Do Drive sales and inventory performance through endtoend supply planning, lifecycle visibility, and strong supplier partnerships. Align launch forecasts and inventory flow for new items to ensure ontime modular execution and instock readiness. Collaborate with suppliers to develop flow plans, manage purchase orders, and proactively mitigate supply disruptions. Execute allocation and replenishment decisions using inventory systems to manage limited availability and demand variability. Plan and support seasonal, promotional, and modular inventory builds to meet timing and demand requirements. Manage inventory for recalls, vendor returns, and endoflife transitions in partnership with suppliers and crossfunctional teams. Lead datadriven root cause analysis to resolve outofstocks, correct replenishment and modular execution issues, and improve inventory health. Build, execute, and track recovery plans to reduce understock, overstock, and aged inventory. Monitor OTIF performance and work with suppliers to resolve late or incomplete shipments. Ensure efficient product flow across the network, managing opentobuy (OTB), line reviews, and inventory distribution to support resets and promotions. Partner crossfunctionally with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sourcing to align inventory strategy and remove recurring constraints. Lead and develop associates by setting expectations, coaching performance, and driving execution of business plans and key initiatives. What You Will Bring Experience in inventory management, replenishment, supply planning, or related roles within a complex supply chain environment. Strong supplier partnership and crossfunctional collaboration skills. Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions using data and system insights. Knowledge of inventory health drivers, including instock, aging, OTB, and OTIF performance. Experience executing allocation, replenishment, and inventory flow through enterprise inventory systems. Demonstrated process improvement mindset with strong execution and followthrough. Leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams.
