Work Flexibility: Remote *While this is a remote role, the preferred candidate will reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone to support business needs. Join Strykers Flex Financial team as a Finance Specialist, serving as the primary contact for equipment financing opportunities. In this role, you will support a Regional Finance Manager, manage financing transactions from proposal through contract completion, and collaborate with sales teams across multiple business units. This position combines financial analysis, transaction management, and cross-functional partnership to support regional business objectives. What You Will Do Develop pricing and financing structures for complex customer proposals across more than 15 financing program offerings. Manage financing opportunities and progress deals from origination through completion. Create and deliver approximately 130 customer financing proposals per month using Salesforce and internal systems. Review, process, and maintain documentation for approximately 30 completed financing transactions per month. Partner with a Regional Finance Manager to execute regional business plans and support territory objectives. Coordinate transaction data, documentation, and approvals across sales representatives, finance leaders, and internal operations teams. Educate sales teams on equipment financing and leasing options through training, consultation, and ongoing deal support. Build and maintain relationships with sales representatives and business partners across all Stryker business units within an assigned region. What You Will Need Required Qualifications Bachelors degree. Minimum 2 years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting sales and commercial teams. Experience working with customer proposals, contracts, financial transactions, or related business processes. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or a comparable customer relationship management platform. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
