ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Cloud Services Oversight (60%) Manage the configuration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of cloud services, particularly within Microsoft Azure, ensuring seamless integration with on-premises infrastructure. Additional Network & Security Responsibilities (40%) Strategic Network Management: Lead the planning, implementation, and administration of new software and hardware solutions to align with business objectives. Advanced Troubleshooting: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot both simple and complex software and hardware platforms to ensure high availability and optimal performance. Security & Compliance: Collaborate with Technology management to develop, enforce, and continuously improve security procedures that protect company assets from physical threats, malware, unauthorized access, and other risks. Technology Integration: Evaluate, recommend, and integrate emerging technologies that can enhance the companys network infrastructure, keeping systems up-to-date and secure. Mentorship & Leadership: Provide guidance and mentoring to Network Administrators and other Technology staff, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment. On-Call Responsibilities: Participate in an on-call rotation, responding to and resolving urgent network issues as needed. Project Leadership: Take the lead on complex Technology projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, security procedures, and troubleshooting protocols; regularly report on network performance and issues to senior management. Other Duties: Perform other duties as required to support the department and organizational goals. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels of technical proficiency. Proven ability to lead projects and teams, contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment. Strong commitment to staying informed on the latest technological trends and continuously improving skills. Demonstrated experience in implementing and maintaining comprehensive security measures to protect against various threats. Experience in cloud technology, Azure. Five (5) years networking experience. Five (5) years systems administration experience. Experience working with wireless technologies and hardware. Hiring Range Disclaimer The base salary range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Tanger's total compensation package for employees.
