IT Analyst II Inpatient Digital Experience As an Information Technology Analyst II, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and/or applications as it relates to NewYork-Presbyterians Inpatient Digital Experience. You will also ensure the performance, integrity and reliability of system components. In addition, you will determine user specifications for reporting and project needs and work independently in a professional, high-tech environment to oversee sophisticated and specialty technology. Candidates must have hands-on experience with enterprise systems, such as the Epic platform, and a proven track record in project management. Additional responsibilities include: Lead and support innovative initiatives involving emerging technologies and ambiguous requirements Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to define scope, implement solutions, and monitor project progress Perform problem analysis and troubleshooting Update and maintain project plans and documentation Escalate complex issues appropriately Participate in testing of software and hardware Assist with go-live support Partake in On Call support rotation Some examples of projects/programs the Inpatient Digital Experience Team supports are: Inpatient remote consults Virtual nursing Remote monitoring Integration of hardware with Epic This position is based out of our corporate office in Midtown Manhattan. Travel may be required to our other NYP sites as needed. Hours are 9:00am-5:00pm. Requires 4 days occasional on-site presence; therefore, should live within a commutable distance. No relocation assistance available.
