What Youll Do: Provide daily personal care to residents including grooming, bathing, dressing, and mobility support. Take and record vital signs, food/fluid intake, and report changes in condition promptly. Assist residents with meals and hydration, ensuring comfort and dignity at all times. Help with transporting, positioning, and preparing residents for tests, therapies, and activities. Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming resident rooms and common areas. Build meaningful relationships with residents while promoting independence and well-being. Ensure accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality and resident rights.
