The Opportunity We have an opportunity for the role of eMRO Client Services Representative within our Toxicology division based out of Richmond, VA, and this is an onsite role. Divisional Information Toxicology delivers workplace drug and alcohol testing solutions that help employers maintain safe, healthy, and productive work environments. As the eMRO Client Services Representative, youll have the chance to support the medical review process for workplace drug testing programs. Youll partner with clients, laboratories, clinicians, and MRO vendors to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely results. What Youll Work On Support drug testing services by coordinating medical review activities across a diverse client base. Partner with MRO vendors, clinicians, laboratories, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely case resolution. Document client and donor interactions, review activities, and issue details with a high degree of accuracy. Manage inbound and outbound phone calls and emails related to test results, reporting, documentation, and process inquiries. Maintain compliance with medical review procedures and assist in resolving process-related issues. Coordinate receipt and review of source documentation, resolving missing information or discrepancies. Verify the accuracy and completeness of results throughout the MRO review process. Request and track supporting documentation from vendors, collection sites, and clients to facilitate case completion. Perform follow-up activities to ensure reviews are completed within established timelines. Apply Abbott Rapid Diagnostics quality policies and procedures in daily operations. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience supporting customer, client service, administrative, or operations processes requiring accuracy and documentation management. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university. Call center or contact center experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience supporting drug testing, occupational health, or workplace screening services. Knowledge of Federal DOT drug testing regulations. Familiarity with collection, laboratory, and medical review procedures.
