Dietary Aide & Kitchen Staff (Full-Time) Pacific Coast Post-Acute Salinas, CA $16.90 - $17.73- an hour Become a key part of our Culinary team! Youll help prepare meal trays, maintain a clean workspace, and ensure our residents receive excellent service. What Youll Do Meal Service: Set up meal trays and assist with serving residents. Kitchen Care: Operate the dishwasher, strip returned trays, and clean work surfaces/refrigerators. Safety & Sanitation: Monitor dishwasher temperatures/chemicals and keep floors swept and mopped. Support: Prepare snacks, put away groceries, and handle trash removal. Teamwork: Work in harmony with the Cook, Dietary Supervisor, and other departments. Requirements Ability to learn food service routines quickly. Strong cooperation and communication skills. Reliable attendance for a full time weekly schedule. We are an equal opportunity employer.
