Job Description: This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Empty trash cans around at St. Peter facility Clean and dust the floors, walls, and walkways in the facility Clean and dust the doors and windows around the whole facility Wash the walls around the facility as needed Clean break rooms Clean restrooms Wipe down fire extinguishers, crane rails, duct work, light fixtures and HVAC equipment. Qualifications & Skills: Ability to understand cleaning chemicals used Reliable and punctual Trustworthy Sense of urgency in completing tasks Ability to work independently Ability to move from one task to another and stay productive Self-motivated Ability to wear a respirator or other safety equipment when needed Ability to work with cleaning products daily Minimum Requirements: Education: High School diploma or equivalent Experience: Janitorial/Custodial experience preferred Cambria Success Factors: High attention to detail Reliable and punctual Direct communication Sense of urgency in completing work Capable of multitasking Work well both independently and with a team Self-motivated Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders and man lifts if needed Cambrias starting hourly range for this position is $17.15 - $22.66. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
