Position Summary... What you'll do... Role summary: Lead end-to-end enablement initiatives by translating strategy into executable project plans, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring high-quality delivery at scale. This role focuses on managing complex programs, optimizing processes, and delivering measurable business impact through structured execution and stakeholder coordination. About the team: The team partners across Strategy, Design, and Execution to deliver scalable enablement solutions that drive performance and capability building. This role plays a central coordination function, ensuring initiatives are aligned, operationalized effectively, and delivered with consistency and quality. What you'll do: Translate enablement strategy into structured project plans, timelines, and deliverables; drive execution from intake through launch Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and dependencies Monitor progress, risks, and performance metrics; adjust plans to maintain delivery outcomes Lead stakeholder communication, including working sessions, status updates, and decision alignment Establish governance, documentation, and continuous improvement practices to enhance delivery quality What you'll bring: Experience managing enablement or learning programs in fast-paced, matrixed environments Strong project and program management skills, including risk management and stakeholder coordination Familiarity with instructional design, adult learning principles, and enablement frameworks Ability to translate design and strategy requirements into executable, scalable plans Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and using tools such as Articulate, H5P, Canva, or Adobe Suite At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
