Full Job Description

We are looking for HVACR Service Technicians with a track record of amazing customer service. Come join a great team who truly care about our customers. Military Veterans are encouraged to apply! Paid time off (PTO) start accruing hours on Day 1. 401(k) Plan with company match! Company-paid life insurance & so much more! Your main Tasks: Be safe! Safety is our #1 priority. Maintain & troubleshoot Commercial HVAC equipment. Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to equipment and associated components. Service split systems, rooftop units, heat pumps, DX Systems, etc. Use your HVAC skills and experience to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems. Test & replace parts using appropriate instruments. Remain customer service focused. Experience or Certification needed: EPA universal certification preferred. OSHA 10 preferred. 3 years of commercial HVACR experience. You need to be able to: Keep it a Drug-free Workplace. Be punctual and reliable. Work 10-hour days and overtime when necessary. On call availability. Work in extremes of heat, cold and bad weather, indoors and outdoors. Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs. Work efficiently in confined spaces. Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending. Successfully pass pre-employment drug test, background check, physical, and MVR.
