Our team is looking for an Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT/Electromechanical) Level III to join them. You will report to the Operations Manager and will have an onsite work schedule in Miramar, FL. To be considered for the Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT/Electromechanical) Level III, heres what youll need to bring with you: High school diploma, GED or equivalent. Ability to obtain a FAA repairman certification. Previous experience as an electromechanical technician, performing testing, maintenance, repair and overhaul of mechanical and electromechanical components and accessories in an industrial environment. Proficient in the use of mechanical and electronic precision measuring equipment such as calipers, height gages, depth indicators, micrometers, power supplies, multimeters, pressure gages, flow meters, etc. Previous experience as an electromechanical technician in a FAA part 145 repair station is preferred. FAA A&P License is preferred. As an Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT/Electromechanical) Level III, you will: Be responsible for maintenance, repair and overhaul of mechanical and electromechanical aircraft accessories, appliances and LRU equipment in a shop environment. Perform and complete assignments as required. Perform all work in accordance with approved technical data, work instructions, internal and external requirements. Meet or exceed performance metrics & KPIs. Train, coach and mentor peers. Promote continuous improvement. Comply with RSQM/QMS and AS9110 requirements. Maintain open communication. This is a safety sensitive position subject to DOT pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.
