This role is ideal for a proven advisor who can manage a busy service drive, build customer trust, and drive service revenue while delivering an exceptional ownership experience. The estimated annual earning range for this position is $64,500.00 to $161,800.00, which includes commissions on Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours.
